Exercise: charging hand
Time Per Set: 3 minutes
Number of Sets: 3 per day
Notes: dominant
 
Exercise: charging hand

Number of Sets: 5 per day
Notes: Placing both hands facing it other, about six inches apart. Charge the dominant hand. Imagine that energy jumping from the dominant hand to the other.

Notes: Charge your dominant hand. Imagine the energy forming into a sphere.

Notes: Stretch out your arm directly in front of you, this should be the size of energy field that surrounds you (there is some variations of course, however this is average). Imagine the field expanding outward to 1.5 times that size.
