Notes: Practice charging your dominant hand. After a week this should be much easier.

Exercise: charging skin
Time Per Set: 5 minutes
Number of Sets: 5 per day
Notes: This means all of the outer covering of you body. All of your skin; from your scalp; to your hands,front and back; to your navel, and the other side of your body from it; and your feet, top and bottom of them.
