Introduction

So, you want to learn telekinesis.  Perhaps you are brand new to Psionics(the practice of psychic abilities), or maybe you are a more experienced practitioner looking to add some additional skills to your toolbox.

For Newer Practitioners

For those who are completely new, I highly recommend you read and practice the following before trying this guide:

1. Introduction to Psionics

2. Thought Primer  (You don’t have to have this completed)

3. Visualization Primer (You don’t have to have this completed)

4. Constructs for Newbies (By: Lesenthe)

In case you do not listen when I say that I recommend for you to read and do these things first, I will be offering some preliminary exercises to help bring you up to speed, but this is no substitute to completing or at least working on the above guides.

For Experienced Practitioners

More experienced practitioners can safely proceed to our telekinesis exercise section, provided that you have a firm grounding in visualization skills, thought skills, and have some experience with the creation of constructs. If you do not have these things, please read the appropriate guides(linked above).

However, for those that don’t have this sort of background, please try to sufficiently work on or complete both the preliminary guides and this guide.

How to Follow this Guide

You should follow this guide by doing all of the exercises in order. Remember that psionics is a discipline of doing, not just reading.  You should maintain a journal throughout your practice of this guide.  You should have already created one of these in the Introduction to Psionics, but if not, directions on how to do so can be found here.
