Exercise #9: Incorporate Touch in a Visual/Auditory Scene

Returned to the scene you constructed in exercise two.  (Imagine) Construct a scene, piece by piece by imagining you are picking up objects (incorporate touch).

Do this for at least 10 minutes, with less than 5 breaks in focus before proceeding to the next exercise.  A break in focus is when you forget to incorporate touch when mentally picking up objects, when you mind goes off on a tangent, or when you think about the scene rather than imagining the scene. You must incorporate touch as well as visualization and the audio that accompanies the visualization.

Remember to record your results in your journal.
