Exercise #8: Create Your Own Practice Exercise

Length of Exercise: Until You Get Consistent Movement

Practice Time: 30 minutes

Materials Needed:

1.  Practice object that you made in exercise #2

2. Pen or pencil

3. Your journal


No doubt you have discovered in exercise #7 and previous exercises which methods seem the most effective to you.   You should create a method of telekinetically moving your practice object that seems the most comfortable to you, and work with it until you see consistent success in movement with telekinesis.

You should definitely write in great detail about what your method is in your journal and why.    Be sure to  record your results.  If you get a headache or feel sick, you are instructed to stop immediately and get medical attention if necessary.  You should continue with this exercise until you are getting consistent movement. If you are having a lot of trouble, try switching to a different practice object, or going through the exercises and content in Innerfire’s “Troubleshooting Psionics“.
