Definitions

Nerve-Cluster – a particular set of nerves controlling certain physical actions and also certain psionic energy flows.
Spectrum – a progressive flow of psionic abilities from either with an aspect; or a progressive flow of abilities that all steam from the same nerve cluster, but are from different aspects
Affinity – ones ability or cluster of abilities that they are best at, usually a “natural” talent towards certain abilities
Abilities – These are the individual things that psionic energy can influence or perceive.
Aspects – These are the large groups that are related by what can be effected.
Areas – These are the smaller groups that are more closely related then Aspects.
Sub-Areas – These are the smaller groups that are more closely related then Areas.

Thought Ability
Input

Perceiving another’s thoughts. Imagine a beam coming from the targets head, carrying their active current thoughts. Allow this to enter your head.

Output

Placing thoughts in another. Imagine beam coming from your head and enter the target’s head.

Input/Output Combination

Perceiving/placing thoughts, and/or searching for particular set of information. Imagine a beam coming from your head entering the targets head. Then increase the amount of energy having it come back from the target into your head. Start at one area and search until the information desired is found.

Testing and Developing

Get an assistant and a set of cards with simple geometric figures drawn on them. Start with the input function, attempt to know which card the assistant is looking at. As for output reverse position with the assistant.

Heat Ability
Input

Knowing the temperature of something. Imagine the heat in an object radiating off as a wave. Allow is wave to enter your head and becoming the knowledge of how much heat an object has.

Output

Increasing the temperature of an object. Imagine a wave coming from your head and entering the target. As the target absorbs more of the wave the heat increases.

Testing and Developing

Get an assistant, three cups, cold water, room temperature water, and hot water. For the input function, have each cup filled with a different temperature water. Have the assistant rearrange the order of the cups. Attempt to know which is the hottest and which is the coldest. For the output, get two glasses and some ice. Place the same amount of ice in two glasses and place them about two feet apart on the same level. Concentrate on one as the target for increasing temperature. Compare melting rates to analyze how well you succeeded.

Vibration Ability
Input

Knowing the vibrational rate of something. Imagine the vibration in an object radiating off as a wave. Allow is wave to enter your head and becoming the knowledge of how much an object is vibrating.

Output

Increasing the vibrational rate of an object. Imagine a wave coming from your head and entering the target. As the target absorbs more of the wave the vibration increases.

Testing and Developing

For testing the input function, get an assistant, three speakers and three cardboard boxes. Have each speaker set to static. Have one of then speakers off completely, and the other two set at very low sounds, so that they can not be distinctly heard by you or the assistant. Attempt to know which two are off and which ones are on. The output function requires two tuning forks and a stand for each. Place the tuning forks about a foot apart on a surface. Target on e the tuning forks attempting to make the fork produce noise. The second tuning fork is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both tuning forks it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done.

Input

Perceiving EMR. Imagine EMR in an object radiating off as a wave, or passing through the air as a wave. Allow is wave to enter your head and becoming the knowledge of the EMR present.

Output

Manipulating the frequency of EMR or possibly producing such. Imagine a wave coming from your head and entering the target, or passing through the air. As the target absorbs more of the wave the desired disruption occurs, or as it passes through the air the desired effects occur.

Testing and Developing

To test and develop this input, get and assistant, three radios, and three cardboard boxes. Place the radios under the cardboard boxes, two set to channels and on, the other off. This can also be attempted with light bulbs under the boxes, with two on and one off. Attempt to identify the ones on and the one not emitting/receiving EMR. For development and testing of output, get two different radios and set both to the same setting receiving static. Place them on opposite sides of the room. Using one as a target attempt to get a single to come through on it. If this occurs in both radios there is a great chance that it was only just random EMR from an unknown source.

Input

Perceiving the shape of psionic energy. Imagine a wave bouncing off the target and returning to your head. This wave will work like radar informing you of the shape of the energy.

Shaping energy. Imagine a wave entering the target. As it does the target becomes the desired shape.

Testing and Developing

This requires an assistant. This ability is difficult to test as it requires not only your abilities to be functioning but those of the assistant as well. Have the assistant charge their hand and make various basic shapes. Try to perceive the shape. As you become better at this ability have them increase the complexity of the shape. Charge your hand and make various basic shapes. Have the assistant attempt to perceive the shape. As you become better at making the shapes then increase the complexity of the shape.

Program Ability
Input

Perceiving the programming of a construct. Imagine a wave bouncing off the target and returning to your head. This wave will work like radar informing you of the programming of the construct.

Output

Programming the construct. Imagine a wave entering the target. As it does the target becomes the desired programming.

Testing and Developing

This requires an assistant. This ability is difficult to test as it requires not only your abilities to be functioning but those of the assistant as well. Have the assistant charge their hand and make a construct with a simple program. Try to perceive the purpose of the construct. As you become better at this ability have them increase the complexity of the program. Charge your hand and make a construct. Program the construct for a simple task. Have the assistant attempt to perceive the purpose of the construct. As you become better at making the shapes then increase the complexity of the programming.

Input

Perceiving the “life-span” of a construct. Imagine a wave bouncing off the target and returning to your head. This wave will work like radar informing you of the longevity of the energy.

Output

Increasing the “life-span” of a construct. Imagine a wave entering the target. As it does the target becomes the desired time period “life-span” of the construct.

Testing and Developing

This requires an assistant. This ability is difficult to test as it requires not only your abilities to be functioning but those of the assistant as well. Have the assistant charge their hand and make a construct with a simple program. Try to perceive the “life-span” of the construct. Have the assistant place the construct on a surface. Both you and the assistant should watch the construct until it dissipates. Check this time period against your guess and the assistant’s desired target time. Charge your hand and make a construct. Program the construct for a simple task. Try programming the construct for a set “life-span”. Have the assistant try perceiving the “life-span” of the construct. Place the construct on a surface. Both you and the assistant should watch the construct until it dissipates. Check this time period against your programmed time and the assistant’s guess.

Emotion Ability
Input

Perceiving the emotions of others.Imagine a beam coming from the targets solar plexus, carrying their active current emotions. Allow this to enter your solar plexus.

Output

Placing emotions in another. Imagine beam coming from your solar plexus and enter the target’s solar plexus.

Input/Output Combination

Perceiving/placing emotions, and/or searching for particular set of information. Imagine a beam coming from your solar plexus entering the targets solar plexus. Then increase the amount of energy having it come back from the target into your solar plexus. Start at one area and search until the information desired is found.

Testing and Developing

This is an extremely difficult ability to test. Try perceiving non-obvious emotions, that are not being expressed in a physical manner, of those around you. Question them on your perception. Try changing the emotional state of those around, observe results of your attempt. This can start with simplistic changes such as a shift in intensity of an emotion. As you progress in the ability more complex changes should be tried such as placing a completely different emotion or completely shifting one emotion to its opposite.

Input

Perceiving solid matter. This could be the properties or location of the matter. Imagine a beam projecting form your solar plexus and bouncing off the matter then returning, like radar.

Testing and Developing

Have a an assistant place out one-five objects behind a screen. Try to locate the objects, and describe them as best as possible. Have the assistant rearrange the objects location changing out the number and particular objects. When attempting the output function of this ability, be sure that wind and other factors are accounted for, and removed if possible. Place two pieces of styrofoam, about six inches by four inches by four inches, on a surface about one foot away from each other. Sit about two feet away from the target object. It should be close to level with your solar plexus. Try targeting the top of the object and knocking it over. As you become better with this ability increase and decrease the size and weight. The second piece of styrofoam is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both pieces it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done.

Liquid Ability
Input

Perceiving liquid matter. This could be the properties or location of the matter. Imagine a beam projecting form your solar plexus and bouncing off the matter then returning, like radar.

Output

Moving liquid matter. Imagine a beam projecting from your solar plexus and pushing/lifting the target.

Testing and Developing

Have a an assistant place out one-five containers, filled with different liquids, behind a screen. Try to locate the containers, and describe the liquids as best as possible. Have the assistant rearrange the containers location changing out the number and liquids. When attempting the output function of this ability, be sure that wind and other factors are accounted for, and removed if possible. Fill two bowls, about six inches diameter and three inches deep, with liquid, place them about a foot apart. Sit about a two feet away from the target bowl and target the liquid. This requires that you place the bowl slightly below the level of your solar plexus and that you attempt to aim the beam slightly downward. The first effects should be nothing more then a ripple in the liquid. As you become better at this ability the effects you can achieve will become more drastic. The second bowl is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both bowls it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done.

Input

Perceiving gaseous matter. This could be the properties or location of the matter. Imagine a beam projecting form your solar plexus and bouncing off the matter then returning, like radar.

Output

Moving gaseous matter. Imagine a beam projecting from your solar plexus and pushing/lifting the target. Testing and Developing Have a an assistant place out one-five containers, filled with different gases, behind a screen. Try to locate the containers, and describe the gases as best as possible. Have the assistant rearrange the containers location changing out the number and gases. When attempting the output function of this ability, be sure that wind and other factors are accounted for, and removed if possible. Place two balloons on a surface, about two feet apart, and target the air near it. Try to get the air to gust in a direction and move the balloon. Also a pinwheel toy can be used similarly. Smoke from a fire is also a good target to test this ability on. The second balloon (or other object) is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both balloons it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done.

Plasma Ability
Input

Perceiving plasmatic matter. This could be the properties or location of the matter. Imagine a beam projecting form your solar plexus and bouncing off the matter then returning, like radar.

Output

Moving plasmatic matter. Imagine a beam projecting from your solar plexus and pushing/lifting the target.
Testing and Developing Have a an assistant place out one-five burning objects behind a screen, please keep safety in mind. Try to locate the plasma, and describe it as best as possible. Have the assistant rearrange the objects location changing out the number and fuel types. When attempting the output function of this ability, be sure that wind and other factors are accounted for, and removed if possible. Place two candles on a surface, about a foot away from each other, this should be level with your solar plexus. Target the flame and try to increase/decrease the flame size and/ or flickering. As you become better at this ability try shaping the flame. The second candle is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both flames it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done.

Electricity Ability
Input

Perceiving an electrical charge/current/field. This could be the properties or location of the electricity. Imagine a beam projecting form your solar plexus and bouncing off the electrical charge/current/field then returning, like radar.

Output

Creating or influencing the properties of an electrical charge/current/field. Imagine a beam hitting the desired target, as the beam is absorbed the desired effects occur.
Testing and Developing Have a an assistant place out one-five electrical devices behind a screen. Have these devices turn on, but producing ant effects that can be sensed with your normal five senses (ie: flashlights should be placed projection side down so the light is not visible, stereos should have the volume turned up but be discounted form the speakers or have headphone adapter jacks plugged into them so that they are not connected to the head phones). Try to locate the electrical activity, and describe it as best as possible. Have the assistant rearrange the objects location changing out the number and type of devices. When attempting the output function of this ability, be sure that any other factors are accounted for, and removed if possible. Place two identical electronic devices on a surface, about a foot away from each other, this should be level with your solar plexus. Target one of the devices, and try to get the electrical activity to change. This could be a increase in activity or interference with it. The second device is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both devices it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done.

Directional Ability
Input

Perceiving the direction of psionic energy. Imagine a “disruption wave” radiating off all psionic energy in motion. Allow this wave to enter your solar plexus. This will allow you to know the directional flow of psionic energy.

Output

Redirecting the flow of psionic energy. Imagine a beam of energy projecting from your solar plexus and intercepting psionic energy that is in motion. As it does so the psionic energy becomes redirected as desired.
Testing and Developing This requires an assistant. This ability is difficult to test as it requires not only your abilities to be functioning but those of the assistant as well. Have the assistant produce a flow of psionic energy from any of their nerve clusters. Try to perceive the direction. Try redirecting the flow, after you become better at sensing the direction. Compare your perceptions of the change to that of the assistant.

Input

Perceiving the type of psionic ability in use. Imagine a “disruption wave” radiating off all psionic energy in use as an ability. Allow this wave to enter your solar plexus. This will allow you to know the psionic ability being used.

Output

Shifting the psionic energy of an ability in use to that of another ability. Imagine a beam of energy projecting from your solar plexus and intercepting psionic energy that is in motion. As it does so the psionic energy becomes another ability as desired.
Testing and Developing This requires an assistant. This ability is difficult to test as it requires not only your abilities to be functioning but those of the assistant as well. Have the assistant attempt a psionic ability. Try to perceive the ability attempted. Try shifting the ability to another ability, after you become better at sensing the original ability. Compare your perceptions of the change to that of the assistant.

Perceiving the functional level of a psionic ability. Imagine a “disruption wave” radiating off all psionic energy in motion. Allow this wave to enter your solar plexus. This will allow you to know the functional level of a psionic ability.

Output

Increasing/decreasing the functional level of a psionic ability. Imagine a beam of energy projecting from your solar plexus and intercepting psionic energy that is in motion. As it does so the functional level of the psionic ability becomes increased/decreased as desired. Testing and Developing This requires an assistant. This ability is difficult to test as it requires not only your abilities to be functioning but those of the assistant as well. Have the assistant attempt a psionic ability. Try to perceive the functional level of the ability attempted. Try increasing or decreasing the functional level of the ability, after you become better at sensing the functional level. Compare your perceptions of the change to that of the assistant.

Input

Perceiving the primal reactions/instincts of others. Imagine a field coming from the targets skin, carrying their active current primal reactions/instincts. Allow this to enter your skin.

Output

Placing primal reactions/instincts in another. Imagine field coming from your skin and entering the target’s skin.

Perceiving/placing primal reactions/instincts, and/or searching for particular set of information. Imagine a field coming from your skin entering the targets skin. Then increase the amount of energy having it come back from the target into your skin. Start at one area and search until the information desired is found. Testing and Developing This is an extremely difficult ability to test. Try perceiving non-obvious primal reactions/instincts, that are not being expressed in a physical manner, of those around you. Input

Perceiving a magnetic charge/field. This could be the properties or location of the magnetism. Imagine a field radiating from the magnetic target. Allow this to enter your skin.

Output

Creating or influencing the properties of a magnetic charge/field. Imagine field radiating from your skin and entering the target’s field. Testing and Developing Have a an assistant place out one-five magnets or electro magnetic devices behind a screen. Have these devices turn on, but producing ant effects that can be sensed with your normal five senses. Try to locate the magnetic activity, and describe it as best as possible. Have the assistant rearrange the objects location changing out the number and type of devices. When attempting the output function of this ability, be sure that any other factors are accounted for, and removed if possible. Place two identical magnets on a surface, about a three feet away from each other, their poles should all be facing the same directions. Target one of the magnetics, and try to attract/repel it. Another exercise that can be used is placing two steal identical ball bearings on a surface about one three feet away from each other. Target on of the ball bearings and try to attract it. The second object is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both object it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done.

Input

Perceiving inertia. Imagine a field radiating from the target. Allow this to enter your skin.

Output

Influencing the properties of inertia. Imagine field radiating from your skin and entering the target’s field. Testing and Developing This is an extremely difficult ability to test. Have a an assistant place out one-five objects that can be in motion behind a screen. Spinning tops, wind up toys, and “perpetual motion” machines would work well for these objects. Have some of the objects moving, but producing any effects that can be sensed with your normal five senses. Sound proof boxes may be required. Try to locate the inertia, and describe it as best as possible. Have the assistant rearrange the objects locations, changing out the number and which objects are moving. When attempting the output function of this ability, be sure that wind and other factors are accounted for, and removed if possible. Have an assistant place two identical incline planes on a surface, about a three feet away from each other. Roll two identical balls down the planes. Do this at least ten times. Mark the most common path and place where the balls come to rest. Target one of the balls, and try to increase/decrease the inertia after it has left the inclined plane. Another exercise that can work well is to try to curve the angle of movement of the target ball. The second ball is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both balls it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done.

Input

Perceiving gravitational attraction. Imagine a field radiating from the target(s). Allow this to enter your skin.

Output

Influencing the properties of gravitational attraction. Imagine field radiating from your skin and entering the target’s field. Testing and Developing Have a an assistant place out one-five objects of varying size and density behind a screen. Try to locate the gravitational attraction, and describe it as best as possible. The large and denser the object the more gravitational attraction other smaller objects will have towards it. Have the assistant rearrange the objects locations, changing out the number and size and density of the objects. When attempting the output function of this ability, be sure that wind and other factors are accounted for, and removed if possible. Place two identical weights on a surface, about a three feet away from each other. Target one of the weights, and try to increase/decrease its gravitational attraction to the surface. Have several assistants lift the objects, and record which one they think is heaviest. The assistants can not be aware of which weight was targeted. Compare the assistants’ reports to your target. Another exercise that can be done is to place two identical non- magnetic, small dense objects on a surface, about three feet apart. Place your hand about six inches from one of the objects, attempt to increase the gravitational attraction between your hand and the object. The second object is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both object it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done.

Area Time Ability
Input

Perceiving time, or the influencing of time, or alternation of time. Imagine a field radiating from the target(s). Allow this to enter your skin.

Output

Influencing the properties of time flow. Imagine field radiating from your skin and entering the target’s field. Testing and Developing Using your system imagine a place or situation that you wish to know the future/past of, allow the field of time from there to enter you. Write down a detailed report of your insights. Compare this to the facts when they are available. The process that you are actually affecting by this ability is Work = Power/Time. You are increasing/decreasing the outputed work of a single system. Place two identical timers on a surface, about a three feet away from each other. Target one of the timers, and try to increase/decrease its time flow. The second timer is used as a control object, if the effects happen to both timers it is more likely due to an outside influence then an activity you may have done. Another exercise that can be done is to check the time from the place you are leaving. Then check the time from a wrist watch or other portable time piece. Also check the time in the vehicle in use (if one is available). Make sure all these times agree within five minutes. Drive a reasonable distance (at least an half an hour under normal driving circumstance). Make sure the rote taken is a constant flow of traffic where cruise control can be engaged for the entire trip. Calculate the amount of time it requires to take the trip. Try influencing the car as a system during the drive. When arriving at destination, check the car vehicle and portable time piece to an outside clock. If any variation of 10% or greater occurred calculate how much time was occurred negatively or positively.

Compare with the assistant to see how well you have achieved this ability.

Resist Ability Input

Perceiving the blockage of psionic energy. Imagine a field coming from the targets skin. Allow this to enter your skin.

Output

Creating a blockage of psionic energy. Imagine field coming from your skin and interfering with the movement of the target’s energy. Testing and Developing This requires an assistant. This ability is difficult to test as it requires not only your abilities to be functioning but those of the assistant as well. Have the assistant charge their skin in a selected place. Try to perceive the area of most resistant. Tell as much about it as possible. Charge your nerve skin in a selected place. Have the assistant try to perceive the area of most resistant. Have the assistant tell as much about it as possible. Another exercise that can be done is to have the assistant attempt to conduct energy across your resistant field. Try to see how well they are succeeding. Have the assistant tell as much about their perceptions as possible. Compare with the assistant to see how well you have achieved this ability.

Have the assistant charge their skin, then store the energy into a bundle in a selected place of their body. Try to perceive the area containing the most energy. Tell as much about it as possible. Density Ability Input

Perceiving the density of psionic energy. Imagine a field coming from the targets skin. Allow this to enter your skin.

Output

Increasing/decreasing the density psionic energy. Imagine field coming from your skin. Testing and Developing This requires an assistant. This ability is difficult to test as it requires not only your abilities to be functioning but those of the assistant as well. Have the assistant charge a their hand and create an energy ball, then try to increase/decrease the density of the energy ball. Try to perceive the change in density. Tell as much about it as possible. Charge your hand and create an energy ball, then try to increase/decrease the density of the energy ball. Project a field over the energy ball that either increases or decreases its density by compressing or pulling it outward. Have the assistant try to perceive the change in density.
