Choose an object at random in your room. I suggest something soft that you can hold using your hand. After you have chosen the object, hold it in your hand and imagine how your hand feels when you hold it. Next, put the object down. Close your eyes and try to recreate (imagine) the feeling in your hand when you held the object (do not hold the object at this point in time). Try to hold this feeling for five minutes with less than three breaks in focus before proceeding with the next exercise.
