Sit down in a quiet room in a chair where you will not be disturbed. Close your eyes. Imagine yourself in a bakery or other food establishment. Use visualization to see the scene, as well as using auditory imagination to hear the visitors. Incorporate a random food item into the scene. Repeat what was done in exercise four, while also holding a visualization in both the visual and auditory sense.
Do this exercise until you can imagine a taste/sound/scene for 30 seconds with no breaks. Remember to note your progress in your journal.
