Go back and read all of your journal entries from the previous exercises. Note the methods you used, and the patterns in both your behavior, and the behavior of the practice object in response to certain stimuli. Determine where your weaknesses appear to be and do something about it. For example, if you have not yet seen success, and appear to be getting stuck on the “connection” stage, determine why you are getting stuck and try to fix that by working on supplementary exercises. Write about this exercise(“Analyze Results in Journal” Exercise) in your journal. Do not proceed until you have done this and have amended the weaknesses in your practice which you have perceived.
