Exercise #11: Apply Your Will to Movement of a Concrete Object
Repeat exercise ten, but do so while also applying your will to make it move. That is, you are willing it to move. You are confident it will move in the next moment. Your belief structure (real or temporary) must allow for the possibility for the object to move in the next moment. You desire for movement to happen in the next moment. So, you want to visualize/imagine touch/imagine sound of the object moving, while at the same time applying this belief system temporarily, while being confident the object is going to move. You should try to do this for periods of around a half hour with minimal breaks in focus.
Do this exercise for a period of two months. Note your results in your journal.
